 Laizhou Tiancibao Produce Co., Ltd., founded in October 1999, is a comprehensive enterprise integrating planting, processing, preservation and export of fruits, vegetables, as well as grain and oil products. It became a joint venture with PT. MULTMULIALANGGE of Indonesia in September 2000. Now, the company has a total investment of over 12 million dollars, a gross storage capacity of 20,000 ton and available funds of RMB 96 million, including fixed assets of RMB 56.286 million. The company has 33 independent storehouses with high-grade reinforced concrete structure principle part and high-performance insulation materials internally; the cooling system adopts the internationally-advanced reliable cooling equipment and WTII computer auto-control system to guarantee the temperature and humidity of the storehouse at all times. Besides, it equipped with high capacity generating sets to ensure the normal running of the storehouse in emergency. What’s more, physicochemical laboratory is set in the storehouse to give physical and chemical tests to products in storage and the storage environment at any time. In winter, there is a drying room with ginger, and the apple has a low temperature operation area.There is a closed loading platform in front of the storehouse and a parking lot of 14,000m2 outside, facilitating the processing and loading of the products.

In 2003, the earned foreign exchange capacity through export of the company was USD2.73 million, the industrial output value was RMB 24.12 million, the sales revenue was 20.47 million and the profit tax was RMB 2.522 million. It exported over 12,000 ton of fruits and vegetables in 2003 only. In 2004, although the storage capacity was insufficient, it still exported 17,100 ton of fruits and vegetables, achieving sales revenue of RMB 52.072 million, foreign exchange income of 5.22 million dollars and profit tax of RMB 7.1341 million. In 2005, the apple base successfully passed the EUREPGAP Certification. We believed that our company will become the third certified company to export fruits to the USA, Canada and Australia after Shaanxi Huasheng and Longkou Fook Huat Tong Kee.
