Liu Tong introduced that the price of Beijing has recently shown three characteristics. One feature is the storage of vegetables in winter, such as onions, potatoes, Chinese cabbage and radish, and the stock is abundant, so the price is stable and less dynamic. One is the northern part of greenhouse vegetables, vegetable planting area is relatively large, when the weather is fine, the price will decline. Another reason is that there will be a shift in the vegetable producing areas in the south. In Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Fujian, the market extension or lag of vegetables will have an impact on prices. This year, the stock market of southern China is more abundant and the market period is more stable, so the rising trend of vegetable price has also been slowed down.

More than a month is the Spring Festival. Before the Spring Festival, the price of vegetables is still rising. Because the transportation cost of northern food in the north is increased, and the production cost of northern cuisine has also increased. So the later vegetables will still show the trend of seasonal rise. However, as the supply situation is better, it is expected that the price of vegetables will be lower than last year on the whole this year.
